Disruptive benefits of AquaSys 180.

Work with better build materials.

AquaSys 180 is the first and only high-temperature, water-soluble support filament that’s compatible with build materials like PEEK, PEKK, PEI, and PPSU. These engineering-grade materials provide uniquely high performances in key areas like impact strength and smoke resistance.

Dramatically reduce post-processing.

Conserve resources and see faster time from prototype to final product with dissolvable supports. Only requiring some agitation in warm tap water, you'll see higher print success by avoiding the tedious, hands-on removal that risks breakage and abrasion.

Enjoy high thermal stability.

AquaSys 180 offers you best-in-class thermal stability (up to 300°C) and is stable at chamber temperatures up to 180°C, allowing it to withstand rigorous print conditions.

Make complex and creative builds.

The enhanced adhesion properties of AquaSys 180 make it compatible with a wide range of both hydrophobic and hydrophilic materials, as well as intricate designs including overhangs, 45º angles, and internal cavities.

Ideal for automotive to aerospace — and everywhere in between.

Dissolvable, hands-off support removal allows for complex design features and reduces time-to-part. Plus, AquaSys materials don’t require toxic finishing chemicals, making it ideal for automotive, aerospace, and medical uses — while also relieving the waste disposal burden for all users.

Jigs & fixtures.

Precision, specificity, and complexity are highly sought after and achievable with AquaSys 180.

Rapid prototyping.

Ideate and iterate faster with a broad range of materials. No more risking prototypes with hands-on support removal.

End-use products.

Across industries, manufacturing complex or simple parts using AquaSys 180 removes design constraints and reduces time to market.

Soluble core.

Printing a soluble core made from AquaSys 180 could open up new opportunities in carbon fiber wrap applications, simplifying production and enabling new designs.
